The Italian authorities have recovered three paintings of Cézanne, Renoir, and Matisse, all of which had been stolen and had a total value of $10 million, from an apartment in Parma after a quick three-minute robbery at the Fondazione Magnani Rocca in March. The nine Moldovan nationals are under investigation due to the planned robbery. In Brazil, the police recovered a painting worth $200,000 by Matisse that had been stolen and brought it back to a local library.
